CITA RAG Asia/Australasia Conference 2026

Dear CITA Member

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the CITA RAG Asia-Australasia Conference 2026, which will take place on 16 – 18 June 2026 in Daejeon, South Korea, with the main conference on 17–18 June 2026 at the ICC Hotel.

Hosted with the kind support of the Korea Transportation Safety Authority (KOTSA), the conference will be held under the theme: “Beyond the Step: Realizing Intelligent & Sustainable Mobility”.

This important regional event will bring together regulators, inspection bodies, technical experts and industry stakeholders to exchange views and practical experiences on vehicle inspection, emissions control, inspection technologies, ADAS systems and the future of intelligent mobility.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. Remote Access: We will only stream on Zoom the conference on 17 June '26. To those Members joining remotely we will send the link a day before the conference starts.
  2. Call for Presentations: CITA members are warmly invited to submit presentation proposals linked to the general conference theme: “Beyond the Step: Realizing Intelligent & Sustainable Mobility.” Members interested in presenting are invited to submit a short abstract (title + brief description) to the CITA Secretariat.
  3. Accommodation: Due to other events in Daejeon during the same period, accommodation at the ICC Hotel may be limited. Participants are strongly encouraged to book their hotel rooms early. Nearby recommended hotels include: a) Lotte City Hotel Daejeon b) Hotel Onoma, Daejeon (Autograph Collection) Participants may benefit from a discounted rate at Lotte City Hotel Daejeon by mentioning that they are attending the CITA event hosted by the Korea Transportation Safety Authority (KOTSA) when making their reservation.

  5. K-ETA: Participants travelling to South Korea should verify whether they require a Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) prior to departure. The K-ETA is an electronic travel authorization required for eligible visa-free foreign visitors entering the Republic of Korea.
