Promoted jointly by the CITA Topic Area C “External Affairs” Group (TA C) and the CITA Task Force on the Roadworthiness Package (TF RWP), this webinar will provide members with an opportunity to take stock of the current legislative process and coordinate CITA’s activities during this important phase of negotiations.

The session will focus on:

• A follow-up on the current status of the Roadworthiness Package;
• An update and alignment on the latest trilogue negotiation developments, following the start of negotiations in July;
• A discussion on possible CITA activities and coordination while negotiations are ongoing; and
• An open Q&A session to conclude the webinar.

The event will also provide an important opportunity to build momentum ahead of the CITA RAG Europe Conference, taking place in Vilnius on 20–21 October 2026, where the Roadworthiness Package and its implications for the vehicle inspection community will remain highly relevant to our discussions.
